CTRL'd

Where do I get the cards?

The CTRL'd cards are available from magic dealers. Ask your usual dealer.

Is there anything to unlock or restore?

No. CTRL'd is free and works as downloaded. There are no codes and no in-app purchases. On a new phone, just download it again.

The app isn't working

  • Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store.
  • If it can't see the card, check it's allowed to use the camera: on iPhone, go to Settings → CTRL'd → Camera.
  • Close the app completely and open it again.

Digital Visions

Entering a redemption code

In the app’s settings, go to Packs → Enter a redemption code. Type the code exactly as you received it — it looks likeDV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. A code works on up to 3 devices.

Activating needs an internet connection. Once it's unlocked, the pack stays on your phone and it never needs a connection to work.

Restoring a purchase on a new phone

  • Bought it in the app: sign in with the same Apple account, open Packs in the app's settings and tap Restore purchases.
  • Have a code: enter the same code on the new phone. If it says there are no activations left, email me with the code.
  • Purchase "waiting for approval" (Ask to Buy): it unlocks by itself once it's approved.

The app isn't working

  • "Can't reach the activation server" — check your connection and try again later. Your code is still good.
  • "The pack couldn't be unlocked" — the download was damaged. Download it again.
  • Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store.

Still stuck? Email me.

Something else

  • Own a physical trick? Use the Vimeo or Murphy's download link you were sent when you bought it. Lost it? See instructions.
  • Bought a download? They're all on the downloads page. If the link you were given doesn't work, email me.
