Privacy policy
This site collects as little as possible: no analytics, no tracking and no cookies set by me.

1. Who I am
I'm Matthew Wright, trading as Web of Secrets. I'm a sole trader based in Spain — Web of Secrets is a trading name, not a company. You can reach me at matthewwrightmagic@gmail.com.
This policy covers this website. The apps have their own policy: app privacy policy.
2. What this site collects
Nothing about you is collected as you browse. There are no analytics, no tracking scripts, no advertising tags and no cookies set by this site.
Like any web server, mine writes standard access logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and which browser you used. I use these only to keep the site running and secure. They rotate daily and are deleted after about 14 days.
3. When you email me
If you email me, I'll have whatever you send: your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. I use it to reply to you and to sort out the problem. I keep it in my mailbox so I have a record of the conversation, and I don't use it for marketing or pass it to anyone else.
4. Buying
Checkout is handled by Stripe, through its Link service. Stripe takes your payment and sends your receipt; I never see your card number. Stripe passes me your email address, what you bought and what you paid, so I can send your video or code and sort out any problem. I keep that, and the confirmation you gave about immediate delivery, as the record of your order. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it does with your details, and you can ask Stripe to delete the data held for a purchase.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me for a copy of any personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also object to how I use it. Email me and I'll deal with it.
If you think I've handled your data badly, you can complain to a data protection authority — in Spain that's the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), and if you live elsewhere in the EU or the UK you can complain to your own national authority.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
